

Eileen "Cindy" Anderson, PT
Physical Therapist
Cindy is a graduate from the University of Maryland at Baltimore where she earned her bachelor’s degree in
science with her license in physical therapy. She has over 30 years of outpatient experience and has undergone
extensive post graduate education and training with a recent concentration in postural restoration course work.
She received her certification in Postural Restoration in
2013 from the PRI Institute in Lincoln, Nebraska. She is
very passionate about treating the individual needs of each patient holistically with her goal to alleviate patient’s symptoms and give patients back the power to manage their own wellness. Treatments include education on physical findings and how they influence a patient’s symptoms and functionality; comprehensive evaluations of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and vestibular systems; manual treatments including numerous soft tissue techniques, and development of
individualized home exercise programs with
concentration on restoring normal sit, stand, bending and ambulation biomechanics. Cindy continues her
course work and is developing relationships with visual and dental professionals to provide an interdisciplinary
comprehensive approach to care.
When Cindy is not working she is enjoying time with her husband of 34 years, her two beautiful, married
daughters and her first grandson. She is also very active in her women’s ministry group at church.
