Monica Armagost, PT

Monica received her degree in physical therapy at the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1993. She has worked in a variety of settings. Her most recent focus has been adult, neuro-based therapy to improve safety with balance, walking, and overall functional mobility. She is a certified LSVT Big and Big for Life practitioner and has received training in Functional Standards for Optimal Aging and fall prevention. She has also received additional training in Women's Health PT which she is excited to utilize at Cornerstone. She is pleased to be able to offer wholistic care for a wide variety of conditions and loves the structural and functional integration of the body.

Monica is a life-long Marylander. She loves to travel, hike, and spend time at Deep Creek Lake with her husband and three grown children.
